Eligibility Requirements

HICCSC membership is open to nonprofit organizations that support and serve Native Hawaiian and Pacific Islander communities throughout California.

To apply, organizations must:

Be a registered nonprofit organization in the State of California
Be recognized by the California Secretary of State
Be recognized by the California Franchise Tax Board
Have 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status from the IRS

Organizations interested in becoming members of HICCSC may download and complete the membership application below and submit it to the council for review.

Organizations will be asked to provide the following information when completing the application:

• Phone Number
• Email Address
• Website
• Federal EIN Number
• California Corporation Number
