Apply for HICCSC Membership

Join a network of Hawaiian and Pacific Islander civic clubs and organizations working together to strengthen culture, leadership, and community across Southern California.

Eligibility Requirements

HICCSC membership is open to nonprofit organizations that support and serve Native Hawaiian and Pacific Islander communities throughout California. 


To apply, organizations must:


  • Be a registered nonprofit organization in the State of California
  • Be recognized by the California Secretary of State
  • Be recognized by the California Franchise Tax Board
  • Have 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status from the IRS

Membership Application

Organizations interested in becoming members of HICCSC may download and complete the membership application below and submit it to the council for review.

Organizations will be asked to provide the following information when completing the application:

• Organization Name
• Organization Address
• Contact Person
• Contact Title
• Phone Number
• Email Address
• Website
• Federal EIN Number
• California Corporation Number
